ADAPTIVE DEVELOPMENTS (2)
A CAREFULLY CRAFTED legacy is essential to consider in the (re)development of American towns and cities. As farmland gives way to development and small towns grow decrepid from parasitic shopping centers on their borders, a more appealing and responsible alternative exists. A scheme for a multi-use development in former farmland demonstrates a means of utilizing, enhancing, and protecting natural site features to create a more sustainable and pleasing form of development while remaining economically viable. -

Like a minaret, a stair spirals up in the sky to herald an the arrival of a function through the use of colorful banners hung from its apex. -
