The new Dean of the Miami University School of Fine Arts was midway through construction of a new home for his young family in suburban Oxford, Ohio when my friend Leslie Marticke and I began consulting on the project. We worked with Dean Lentini and his wife to assist with built-ins, paint selection, and cost effective finish alternatives to keep the project on budget.
